With a career in event management and a personal assistant in a previous role, Katrina joined the Blackburn team with extensive administration and organizational skills. Having also worked in real estate and holding her Agent’s Representative license, Katrina is well informed when it comes to the sales and rental process which puts her in good stead in her role as Office/Accounts Manager.

Whilst looking after all the accounts for the office, Katrina is also kept busy with the development and implementation of office projects, policies and procedures. Katrina is also very hands on, assisting the sales team at OFIs and auctions when required and overall in the office.

Prior to real estate, Kendall worked in the retail industry for 12 years gaining an incredible understanding of customer needs and service. Always looking for a challenge, Kendall sought a career change and joined the team at Noel Jones Blackburn in 2007.

Beginning in reception, Kendall quickly showed her enthusiasm for the industry and willingness to achieve and is now enjoying the added responsibilities as the Business Development Coordinator, which includes the management of our internal database.
