Ted is a well known property identity who enjoys a long Real Estate history within the City of Whitehorse. Having begun his sales career in 1988 and now a Director of several years, he maintains a “hands on approach” in all aspects of customers and clients real estate requirements.

A consumate auctioneer with a friendly disposition and community spirit, Ted conducts many charity auctions for community and corporate groups such as the Police Blue Ribbon Foundation, local sporting clubs, schools, kindergartens and service clubs and has sat on many councils and community groups over the years.

He is proud of his high level of repeat business having sold many homes multiple times and enjoys many referrals from previous clients.

Malcolm has a wealth of experience in real estate. He entered the profession in 1972, working for his uncle selling country properties and farmlets in the east and north of Victoria.

He became involved in suburban residential properties from 1979 when he took up a position with an Estate Agent in Surrey Hills. Malcolm has developed an intimate knowledge of all facets of selling residential real estate.

As a fully licensed Estate Agent, Malcolm is totally dedicated to advising people on all aspects of buying and selling property so that their worries are reduced to a minimum. For Malcolm the most appealing aspect of working in real estate is meeting people and providing this personal service. Perhaps it is not entirely surprising that he actually met his wife Karen for the first time while selling her mother a home in Blackburn South.

Malcolm is now a happy family man and he and Karen live in Camberwell with their two children Leonard and Melissa.

Malcolm has been involved in many community activities especially while his children were attending school. Also he was on the Executive Committee of the Inner Easter Branch of the Real Institute of Victoria where he served as Secretary for 2 years.

Malcolm is currently a Rotarian (since 1995) and a Past President of the Rotary Club of Box Hill Central. As well he is a Board member and Secretary of the Melbourne Baseball Club, which is a sporting section of the Melbourne Cricket Club.

He has also been awarded an Associate Membership of the Real Estate Institute. Malcolm’s philosophy is that a satisfied client is a happy one, and fulfilling that aim is very satisfying for him and ensures you of the best possible service.

Ericka Wong has enjoyed much success in her real estate career which she attributes to her professionalism, approachability and genuine interest in getting to know the people with whom she deals, both vendors and purchasers alike.

Her love of real estate keeps her motivated, including the constant referral business received from previous clients who recognise and appreciate the hard work and effort she puts into each and every negotiation, with the primary focus of achieving a fantastic result every time for all parties.

Ericka strives to provide dynamic and efficient real estate services that surpass the expectations of her clients. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with majors in Psychology and History. She speaks 4 languages as well as English which include Mandarin, Cantonese and Teo Chew. When not working, Ericka is keen on having lots of fun with her young family which includes husband Jason and infant son Zachary. Ericka also enjoys taking Ballroom & Latin dancing classes, reading and socialising with friends.

Ericka feels that juggling work and motherhood with 100% dedication requires her to be highly organised and constantly on top of her game which she is committed to at all times.

He has been a resident of the City of Whitehorse for over 25 years and a local agent for nearly a decade. His passion for real estate is expressed not only in his day to day operations as a valued member of the Noel Jones team, but also as a lecturer at the REIV in sales and marketing.

Craig embraces life with enthusiasm, and is dedicated to both his immediate family and the wider community. He is devoted to the execution of his commitment to his clients as well as to the freedom of riding his Italian motorcycles. Not your average agent, Craig is a highly successful and consummate professional as well as being extremely personable and down to earth.

Graham holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from London University as well as being a member of the Institute of Management and Institute of Marketing. After running a successful catering company in London for a number of years, Graham and his wife spent 3 years operating a yacht chartering business in the South of France before emigrating to Australia in 1988 where he changed direction, helping to set up a major new Real Estate franchise network in Melbourne.
This introduction to Real Estate lured him into the coal face and he has now spent over 15 years in residential real estate mostly in Whitehorse and Boroondara.
Living locally in Box Hill with his wife and 3 boys Graham knows what makes the area tick, which helps enormously in selling the benefits of the Eastern suburbs and both he and the boys are active with Box Hill Rugby Club, Mont Albert Cricket Club and Canterbury Cricket Club as well as the Vikings Basketball Club and local Scouts.
Graham has also been a Past President of the Inner Eastern branch of the Real Estate Institute of Victoria and on the main committee for 5 years.

Jamie’s passion for the real estate industry started with her first job as a sales secretary in a city based commercial real estate agency, in Melbourne in 1988.
Having lived in various countries due to her husband’s foreign assignments, Jamie has acquired valuable experience and appreciation of different cultures. Her use of English and Mandarin is a huge asset to our multicultural client base.
Jamie joined The Noel Jones Group in 2004, she is well tutored in both Property Management and Sales Administration. She takes great delight in helping people settle in to their new homes and making sure both landlords and tenants, buyers and sellers are well taken care of.
