Ines commenced working at Noel Jones Caulfield in 2003. Ines developed all aspects of property management from the grass roots level, commencing her career as receptionist and then progressing to Assistant Property Manager. She takes great care to maintain strong and successful working relationships with both Landlords and Tenants.

Ronit joined Noel Jones Real Estate in 2002 as a Property Manager and was responsible for the day to day running of the department.

After taking 3 years off to bring up her children she returned in 2007 as our Advertising and Office Manager.

Ronit enjoys the challenge of achieving the best possible results; her ability to handle even the most pressured situations with ease is astonishing.

Her greatest asset is her honesty and down to earth nature that makes everyone she deals with feel at ease from the first time they meet her.

Laura started working at Noel Jones Caulfield in 2008. She started as a receptionist and with her enthusiasm, involvement, hard work and love of the Real Estate industry, she has moved to assistant property management.

Her friendly smile and positive attitude makes Laura very approachable to tenants and landlords.
She loves what she does and is willing to help in any way.
