Starting her real estate career in 2007, Tess has enjoyed a diverse range of roles within the industry giving her a vast array of experience and knowledge in many facets. Working her way up from reception Tess has worked in sales administration, marketing and property management making her wealth of knowledge invaluable to colleagues and clients.

When not at work Tess juggles a family of 5 kids with her husband Dave and enjoys living locally in the Mitcham area. Her high level of organisation and structure can be attributed to the demands of successfully maintaining a busy household. Outside of work she enjoys playing football locally and keeping fit going to the gym.

Tess combines initiative with a personalised approach and a keen eye for detail to customer service. Her time management skills and record as an efficient multi-tasker stand her in good stead as she strives to achieve results that exceed her clients’ expectations.
