Since moving to Melbourne from the US in the mid 1970’s, Bruce has developed a wide range of skills that, combined with his passion for real estate, have earned him a reputation as a highly regarded professional.

This seamless transition from the personal to the professional reflects a single solid set of standards and ethics that he applies across the board to all aspects of his life.

His nineteen successful years in real estate have been marked by many milestones, among them his 1000th auction and the opening of Noel Jones (Kew) Pty Ltd in 2001. Bruce’s involvement in Noel Jones has helped to raise the Group’s standards and presence in the marketplace through his support and leadership in areas such as staff training and marketing.

As a successful athlete in years gone by, Bruce knows the value of hard work, trust and ethics. Whether competing in a fun run, paddling his kayak or selling your property, these core values mean that you can rely on a job well done.

Bruce is a Fully Licensed Real Estate Agent and holds a Bachelor of Science (Physical Education) and a Graduate Diploma of Special Education. He is a member of Omicron Delta Kappa Honour Society, has completed one marathon, was his university conference champion in the discus and has represented Victoria in athletics on three occasions.

With over 25 years of experience behind him, John still has a passion for real estate well beyond simply putting together a deal. Astute analysis of current market trends, business acumen and extensive knowledge indicate his true professionalism.

Studies in architecture, experience in hospitality and experience as Property Officer with a trustee company, provided an ideal background to a long term real estate career. John’s ability to articulate clearly and with conviction is a tremendous asset in negotiating and finalising a sale. His energetic enthusiasm is contagious as he observes a property’s fine architectural details and its popular selling features.

A resident of Kew for over 30 years, John appreciates its peaceful environment with easy access to public transport, quality shops, schools and parks. With real estate as an all-consuming passion, he often cites it as a hobby. But friends also know him as a dedicated family man who loves bike riding, walking his dog or a round of golf at Green Acres Golf Club.

Melissa joined Noel Jones Kew in 2006. Starting in reception / administration and moving on to Property Management, she is currently enjoying her role as Office Manager. Having previous experience in retail management and customer service she is ideally placed to use her varied skills in all facets of the business.

Kerry brings with her professionalism & 8 years experience of property management practices to ensure that your investment is managed in an organised & efficient manner. Her overseas travels & past hospitality experience has also given her a great insight in dealing with people from all walks of life & cultures.

Kerry is committed to providing a high level of customer service to both landlord & tenants. She is fluent in italian and has lived in the Boroondara area all her life. You will find Kerry enthusiastic with a genuine love for Property Management day to day challenges. She will expertly advise you on any real estate matters, even if you should decide to expand your portfolio.

Safina has worked in the real estate industry for 11 years with 8 years in Property Management. She has worked within this office for the past 8 years when it was Di Baker Real Estate and now Noel Jones Real Estate (Kew). She certainly knows most of the landlords and tenants having managed their properties over the years.

With a passion for property management, Safina’s bright and bubbly personality serves her well in providing terrific service to tenants and landlords alike.

As a Senior Property Manager with Noel Jones in Kew, Linda is responsible for an expanding portfolio of investment properties throughout the Boroondara area.

Linda has worked in the Real Estate and Mining industries for past 10 years, primarily in the Hunter Valley of New South Wales and then recently relocating back to the Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne late last year. With varied experience in both Residential and Commercial Property Management, Linda prides herself on her reputation and dedication to her clients. She is committed to continuing professional development for the entire department and is constantly seeking ways to improve systems and service levels with a clear focus on client satisfaction as the end goal.

In her spare time, Linda enjoys the freedom of motor cycle riding in the country with her partner. Other keen interests are walking, relaxing and hunting for interesting antiques and collectables on Ebay.

Helen has over 25 years experience in real estate and over that time has held positions in Reception and Property Management. For the last 9 years Helen has enjoyed the variety and challenges of her role as Trust Accounts Manager. She attends to all our landlord and creditor payments in a prompt and friendly manner, and when not working Helen enjoys going to the movies.

Fiona has enjoyed working within the Real Estate Industry for the past 2 years.

She has previously managed her own Portfolio and had many years of customer service experience. Fiona has the knowledge and experience to assist and support the Property Managers in all areas of their role.

With her bright and friendly personality Fiona is a great contributor to the Noel Jones Team.

Brittney joined Noel Jones Kew in 2009 after 2 years experience in the real estate industry.

She has enjoyed various roles in sales support, marketing and reception. She has is currently studying her Real Estate Agents Representative Certificate in her spare time.

Brittney’s role with Noel Jones Kew combines her reception duties with supporting the busy property management team with administration.
