Noel Jones agents and offices have scored top honours at the recent RateMyAgent 2020 Agent of the Year Awards, held on 20 February 2020. The highly anticipated awards are the only of their kind in the industry and based on customer satisfaction. They acknowledge those who have been the most consistently recommended by local Australia and New Zealand home sellers and landlords.

“The Agent of the Year Awards acknowledge agents in our industry who go above and beyond for Aussie and New Zealand homeowners and landlords. With performance-based reviews as a qualifier, receiving an Agent of the Year Award means to have received the highest satisfaction rating across the country – and this is something our winners should be tremendously proud of achieving,” said RateMyAgent CEO and Co-Founder Mark Armstrong.

While several Noel Jones agents and agencies from its 8-office network across the Eastern suburbs also ranked very highly, a testament to the company’s team work, personalised service and exceptional results, two offices took out top spot for best agency in the suburb.

Agency Suburb Winners:

• Noel Jones Croydon (Co-Directors, Brett Freeman & Warren Paas) – received Agency Suburb of the Year for Croydon, Croydon North and Croydon Hills. Noel Jones Croydon also ranked 43^rd from the Top 100 Agencies in Australia.

• Noel Jones Ringwood (Director Brett Freeman) – received Agency Suburb of the Year award for Ringwood.

While each office and their dedicated teams are to be commended for their extraordinary success, several individuals, with many colleagues hot on their heels, also ranked top of the list for their suburb.

Agent Suburb Winners are:

• Warren Paas, Director at Noel Jones Croydon who took out the honours for Agent of the Year 2020 Croydon and Croydon Hills.
• Brett Freeman, Director at Noel Jones Ringwood and Croydon, and third generation real estate agent took home the award for Agent of the Year 2020, Ringwood.
• Ryan Evans, Senior Property Consultant at Croydon continues his award winning streak after picking up the Rising Star Award at the 2019 Noel Jones awards, taking home the award for Agent of the Year 2020, Lilydale.

Warren Paas also took home two additional awards, ranking 7^th out of the Top 10 Agents in Victoria, and 18^th out of the Top 100 agents in Australia – making this the third year in a row that he has graced the list. A fantastic effort that truly shows his dedication and commitment to client satisfaction.
