We’ll display the Top 10 Best Photos on our page for voting & then the Top Voted 3 Images Win!

Competition Terms and Conditions

1. Information on how to enter the Competition forms part of these terms and conditions of entry.
2. This competition is being run by Noel Jones Box Hill & Mitcham
3. The competition commences at 9am AEST on 1st October 2024 and concludes 11.59pm AEST on 6^th November 2024 (Promotional Period).
4. Employees and immediate families of employees are ineligible to enter.
5. Competition open to entrants 18+.
6. Only one entry per person permitted.
7. Entries must be made in the following way: Snap a photo of your favourite place in Box Hill

Post it on social media Facebook/Instagram with the hashtag #snapboxhill @noeljonesboxhillmitcham

Follow us on @noeljonesboxhillmitcham

Photos will be uploaded to the link in our bio and open for voting (one vote per person)

The total prize pool consists of 1. $300 2. $150  3. $50

8. The winners of the competition will be determined by the most votes on the website. The vote will take place on at 7^th November 2024 10am
9. The winners of the prizes will be notified via direct message on social media.
10. Prizes must be collected within 28 days of the winners being notified. Failure to collect a prize will result in it being forfeited and the Promotor selecting another winner for that prize.
11. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of the entries in regards to the location they were taken.
12. The Promoter’s decision is final and no other correspondence will be entered into.
13. By entering the Competition, an entrant releases and indemnifies the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) from and against all actions, liabilities, penalties, claims or demands the entrant may have against the Promoter or that the Promoter may incur for any loss or damage which is or may be suffered or sustained as a direct or indirect result of an entrant entering or participating in the Competition or winning or failing to win a prize, or using or permitting any other person to use the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law or which would cause any part of this clause to be void or unenforceable.
