The Role
This role offers the opportunity to play an integral part in our sales operations and property marketing, working closely with our experienced agents and leadership team.
Your duties will include but are not limited to:
• Coordinating and managing property marketing campaigns
• Preparing marketing materials, brochures, and signboards
• Uploading and maintaining online listings across major portals
• Liaising with photographers, suppliers, and clients
• Preparing contracts, listing documentation, and vendor reports
• Providing administration support to the Sales and Management team
• Managing general correspondence, database updates, and office coordination
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will possess:
• Previous experience in real estate marketing or sales administration
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple deadlines
• A positive, proactive attitude and strong work ethic
