After stepping away from corporate life in 2007 to immerse himself in property, Brad developed hands-on mastery across residential and commercial sales and leasing, negotiations, and auctioneering, experience that now underpins his ability to support franchise partners with credibility and precision. He understands what it takes to build a pipeline, lead a team, and win in competitive markets because he has done it himself.

Brad’s passion for the industry runs deep. Shaped early by his father’s work as a draftsman and civil engineer in property development, he developed an instinctive understanding of how property is designed, built, marketed, and sold, a perspective that informs his strategic thinking at every level.

Critically, Brad has owned and managed large real estate businesses, giving him an intimate understanding of the challenges and opportunities franchise principals face.
