Referral Program Overview
Refer a successful lead for a property sale, $1,000 for the referrer and a $1,000 donation to the Box Hill Bowling Club as part of the referral program run by Steve Dardamanis and Angela Athanasiadis of Noel Jones Box Hill & Mitcham.

Terms and Conditions

1. Information regarding this referral program forms part of these terms and conditions.

2. The referral program is managed by Steve Dardamanis and Angela Athanasiadis of Noel Jones Box Hill & Mitcham.

3. The program will run for the duration of 2025.

4. Referrals can be made by anyone who wishes to participate in the program.

5. Participants must be aged 18 or older to qualify.

6. To be eligible, the property must have a signed Exclusive Sale Authority or Exclusive Auction Authority with the referrer and Box Hill Bowling Club noted in the agreement.

7. The total referral value includes $1,000 for the referrer and a $1,000 donation to the Box Hill Bowling Club. Funds will be released after a successful sale, either upon deposit release (Sect 27) or settlement.

8. The promoter’s decisions regarding eligibility and program terms are final, and no further correspondence will be entered into.

9. By participating in the referral program, the referrer and Box Hill Bowling Club release and indemnify the promoters (including their officers, employees, and agents) from any claims or liabilities arising from participation, except where prohibited by law.
