Click on this link to download your Halloween Colouring Competition 2022 Save to your computer, print out, colour in then return to us. Alternatively, you can drop into Noel Jones Croydon at 38 McAdam Square, Croydon to collect a copy from reception.

Competition Terms and Conditions

1. Information on how to enter the Competition forms part of these terms and conditions of entry.
2. This competition is being run by Noel Jones Maroondah only.
3. The competition commences at 9am AEST on Monday 03/10/2022 and concludes 11.59pm AEST on Monday 31/10/2022 (Promotional Period).
4. Employees of Noel Jones and immediate families of employees are ineligible to enter.
5. Competition open to entrants aged Prep to Year 6 only.
6. Only one entry per person permitted.
7. The total prize pool consists of 1 x Toy World Voucher & 1 x Rebel Sport voucher with a total prize pool value of $200.00.
8. The winners of the competition will be determined by Random Draw. The draw/vote will take place on Friday 4^th November 12:00pm AEST.
9. The winner of the prize will be notified via phone call
10. Prizes must be collected within 28 days of the winners being notified. Failure to collect a prize will result in it being forfeited and the Promotor selecting another winner for that prize.
11. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of the entries in regards to the location they were taken.
12. The Promoter’s decision is final and no other correspondence will be entered into.
13. By entering the Competition, an entrant releases and indemnifies the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) from and against all actions, liabilities, penalties, claims or demands the entrant may have against the Promoter or that the Promoter may incur for any loss or damage which is or may be suffered or sustained as a direct or indirect result of an entrant entering or participating in the Competition or winning or failing to win a prize, or using or permitting any other person to use the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law or which would cause any part of this clause to be void or unenforceable.
