Complete the colouring page & full details and return to our Noel Jones Croydon Office 38-40 McAdam Square Croydon before the competition closing date 27th March 2024.

• Year 4 to Year 6 – 1 x 10Kg Cadbury Chocolate Block

Competition Terms and Conditions

1. Information on how to enter the Competition forms part of these terms and conditions of entry.
2. This competition is being run by Noel Jones Croydon only.
3. The competition commences at 9am AEST on Monday 01/03/2024 and open until Wednesday 27/03/2024. Winners contacted Thursday 28/03/2024
4. Employees of Noel Jones and immediate families of employees are ineligible to enter.
5. Competition open to entrants in Years Prep to Year 6 only.
6. Only one entry per person permitted.
7. The total prize pool consists of 1 x 10Kg Cadbury Chocolate Block & 2 x Easter Egg Hamper
8. The winners of the competition will be determined by selection & will take place on Thursday 28^th March at 12:00pm AEST.
9. The winner/s of the prize will be notified via phone call/message.
10. Prizes must be collected within 28 days of the winners being notified. Failure to collect a prize will result in it being forfeited and the Promotor selecting another winner for that prize.
11. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of the entries in regards to the location they were taken.
12. The Promoter’s decision is final and no other correspondence will be entered into.
13. By entering the Competition, an entrant releases and indemnifies the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) from and against all actions, liabilities, penalties, claims or demands the entrant may have against the Promoter or that the Promoter may incur for any loss or damage which is or may be suffered or sustained as a direct or indirect result of an entrant entering or participating in the Competition or winning or failing to win a prize, or using or permitting any other person to use the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law or which would cause any part of this clause to be void or unenforceable.
