Competition Terms and Conditions

1. Information on how to enter the Competition forms part of these terms and conditions of entry.
2. This competition is being run by Noel Jones Maroondah.
3. The competition commences at 9am AEST on Monday 20^th September and concludes 7:00pm AEST on Saturday 25^th September (Promotional Period).
4. Employees and immediate families of employees are ineligible to enter.
5. Competition is open to entrants of all ages.
6. Only one entry per person permitted.
7. Entries must be made in the following way: comment on the Noel Jones Maroondah Facebook or Instagram page.
8. The total prize pool consists of 3x $100 visa gift cards.
9. The winners of the competition will be the top 3 correct or closest guesses. If there are more than 3 winning guesses, the participant who commented first will win.
10. The winners of the competition will be notified by Facebook or Instagram message.
11. Prizes will be sent to the winners through contactless delivery.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of the entries in regards to the time the comment was posted.
13. The Promoter’s decision is final and no other correspondence will be entered into.
14. By entering the Competition, an entrant releases and indemnifies the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) from and against all actions, liabilities, penalties, claims or demands the entrant may have against the Promoter or that the Promoter may incur for any loss or damage which is or may be suffered or sustained as a direct or indirect result of an entrant entering or participating in the Competition or winning or failing to win a prize, or using or permitting any other person to use the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law or which would cause any part of this clause to be void or unenforceable.
