Accounts Manager & Sales Administrator

We are looking for an experienced Trust Account Manager & Sales Administrator for our Ringwood and Croydon Office.

Flexible role 4-5 days.

Candidate will need to have:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Outstanding organisational skills; including the ability to work accurately, with a high attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and show initiative
  • Proven ability to deal with confidential and sensitive information

Successful candidate can expect to:

  • Process sale files
  • Processing of section 27 and settlements
  • Client communication to advise of settlements and obtain bank account details
  • Draft and fully prepare other reports, documents and correspondence, as required
  • Other trust accounting and administration tasks

The successful candidate will be professional and confident in liaising with company directors and other employees. Enthusiasm, high attention to detail and a can-do attitude will be essential in successfully managing this role.

Remuneration is flexible based on experience.
