The successful candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 2 years’ customer service experience, a property management background is desirable but not essential.
- A willingness to complete your Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice
- Conduct property inspections assessing the suitability of the renter on behalf of the owner
- Completion of Condition Reports and prepare inventory for the Property Manager
- Schedule and complete all routine inspections, including minimum standards report on behalf of the Property Managers.
- Strong attention to detail and highly organised;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Reliable vehicle and current Drivers Licence
- Current Victoria Police Check
