We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join our team in a Sales Administration role, providing valuable support to our very busy sales team.

The Role
The hours are Monday to Friday 9.00-5.30pm
Duties will include but are not limited to: –

  • Managing sales administration tasks, including data entry, appraisals, listings and sales file management
  • Preparing marketing materials and assisting with seasonal office promotions
  • Managing social media accounts and content as required
  • Liaising with clients and conveyancers
  • Assisting with reporting, compliance and general administrative processes
  • Supporting event coordination
  • Managing office supplies and contributing to the smooth day-to-day operation of the office
  • Providing a professional first point of contact for clients and enquiries, including light reception duties

The Candidate

The Ideal Candidate will possess: –

  • Exceptional communication and people skills- real estate is all about people!
  • A positive attitude & cheerful personality
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail
  • Possess a strong work ethic
  • Agents Representative Certificate, car and drivers’ licence preferred
  • Experience working in a fast paced real estate environment
