This is a fast-paced role supporting a dynamic and experienced team, with strong market knowledge, exceptional negotiation skills, high quality customer service, and a track record of success. We will train you to become one of the best agents in the area – no experience necessary – just bring with you a desire to succeed and a willingness to learn.

Your initial duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Build and maintain a quality and effective client database
• Handling prospective buyer enquiries
• Assisting with preparation for open homes and inspections
• Liaise with vendors, purchasers and prospective clients
• Service our existing client database
• Attending after sales inspections
• Assisting with social media promotion
• Letter drops – listed and sold
• Collecting and delivering advertising materials

As you develop competence your areas of responsibility will evolve

The Candidate

• Exceptional communication and people skills- real estate is all about people!
• Current driver’s licence and reliable car
• Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (formally Agents Representative Certificate)
• Ability to think outside the square
• Immaculately presented and well groomed
• Honest life experience and a positive attitude
• The hunger and drive to succeed.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Possess a strong work ethic
• Real Estate background is desirable however not essential
• A strong desire to learn all aspects of the art of real estate sales
