Job Description 

12-month Maternity Leave position commencing April 2024 with possible extension.

Located at our Wantirna office, the successful applicant will be customer-focused with immaculate presentation and have excellent written and verbal communication. This is a full-time position supporting our sales team.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Prepare property reports, pre and mid auction reports, Valuation Letters, Marketing Schedules & Campaign Calendars

• Process listing files end to end ensuring 100% compliance

• Prepare sales packs for listing presentations and open for inspections

• Keep reception, meeting rooms and broader office clean, tidy and stocked with amenities

• General Office duties

Qualifications & Experience:

Real Estate Administration experience would be advantageous; however, training will be provided so our focus will be finding an applicant who is customer service driven, maintains a high level of attention to detail and who has an approachable and friendly attitude. The successful candidate will have the following attributes:

• Ability to prioritise and work to strict deadlines

• Strong attention to detail

• Outgoing and supportive “can do” attitude

• Sales Administration or reception experience with the ability to work autonomously is advantageous
