Competition Terms and Conditions

  1. Information on how to enter the Competition forms part of these terms and conditions of entry.
  2. This competition is being run by Noel Jones Maroondah only.
  3. The competition commences at 9am AEST on Monday 14/08/2023 and concludes 11.59am AEST on Thursday 31/08/2023 (Promotional Period).
  4. Employees of Noel Jones and immediate families of employees are ineligible to enter.
  5. Competition open to entrants able to collect prize from Noel Jones Maroondah Offices.
  6. Only one entry per person permitted.
  7. The total prize pool consists of 1 x $300.00 Marbled Meats Meat Hamper & BBQ Utnesil Gift Set.
  8. The winner of the competition will be determined by random selection & will take place on Friday 1st September at 11:00am AEST.
  9. The winner/s of the prize will be notified via phone call/message.
  10. Prizes must be collected on the same day the winner is notified due to nature of the prize. Failure to collect a prize will result in it being forfeited and the Promotor selecting another winner for that prize.
  11. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of the entries in regards to the location they were taken.
  12. The Promoter’s decision is final and no other correspondence will be entered into.
  13. By entering the Competition, an entrant releases and indemnifies the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) from and against all actions, liabilities, penalties, claims or demands the entrant may have against the Promoter or that the Promoter may incur for any loss or damage which is or may be suffered or sustained as a direct or indirect result of an entrant entering or participating in the Competition or winning or failing to win a prize, or using or permitting any other person to use the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law or which would cause any part of this clause to be void or unenforceable.
