Established local agency Living Victoria joins the Noel Jones network, with David and Krystina Curran and their team becoming Noel Jones Carrum Downs.

Melbourne, 1 September 2026, Noel Jones Real Estate has announced the opening of its new Carrum Downs office, expanding the network into Melbourne’s south east through the rebrand of established independent agency Living Victoria.

Led by David and Krystina Curran, the business has built a strong presence in the local market, particularly through its experience in property management and the relationships the team has developed with clients and the wider community.

For David and Krystina, joining Noel Jones represents the next stage in the growth of the business. They bring their existing team, local knowledge and client relationships to the network, with the Carrum Downs office servicing Carrum Downs, Skye, Frankston North and Sandhurst.

The new office also represents an important step for Noel Jones as it approaches its 50th year in Melbourne real estate, taking the network into one of Melbourne’s growing south east regions.

Importantly, there is a natural fit between the two businesses. Noel Jones has always placed a strong emphasis on being part of the communities in which its offices operate, not simply doing business in them. That commitment extends beyond real estate through local partnerships, sponsorships and the network’s support of organisations including Urban Life and Challenge.
