Competition Terms and Conditions

1. Information on how to enter the Competition forms part of these terms and conditions of entry.
2. This competition is being run by Rod Burton of Noel Jones Maroondah.
3. The competition commences at 5pm AEST on Friday, 29^th April 2022 and concludes 9:00am AEST on Friday, 6^th May 2022 (Promotional Period).
4. Employees and immediate families of employees are ineligible to enter.
5. Competition open to entrants of all ages.
6. Multiple entries permitted per person.
7. Entries must be made in the following way: Like/follow our page and tag a friend in the comments. Comments must be on the existing post on the ‘Team Burton I Noel Jones Real Estate’ Facebook and/or ‘teamburtonrealestate’ Instagram page.
8. The total prize pool consists of 1x $150 voucher at El & She Beauty, Ringwood East.
9. The winner of the competition will be drawn at random. The vote will take place on Friday, 6^th May 2022.
10. The winner of the prize will be notified by a Facebook or Instagram message.
11. Prize must be collected on before Friday, 20^th May 2022. Failure to collect a prize will result in it being forfeited and the Promotor selecting another winner for that prize.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of the entries in regards to the location they were taken.
13. The Promoter’s decision is final and no other correspondence will be entered into.
14. By entering the Competition, an entrant releases and indemnifies the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) from and against all actions, liabilities, penalties, claims or demands the entrant may have against the Promoter or that the Promoter may incur for any loss or damage which is or may be suffered or sustained as a direct or indirect result of an entrant entering or participating in the Competition or winning or failing to win a prize, or using or permitting any other person to use the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law or which would cause any part of this clause to be void or unenforceable.
