Competition Terms and Conditions

1. Information on how to enter the Competition forms part of these terms and conditions of entry.
2. This competition is being run by Ryan Evans from Noel Jones Croydon
3. The competition commences at 9am AEST on 04/04/2022 and concludes 11.59pm AEST on 18/04/2022 (Promotional Period).
4. Employees and immediate families of employees are ineligible to enter.
5. Competition open to entrants 18+ years.
6. As many entries per person is permitted.
7. Entries must be made in the following way: Like and tag your bestie in the comments for your chance to be in the draw. Tag as many friends as you’d like.
8. The total prize pool consists of a $50 gift voucher to spend at Hahndorf’s Montrose, and a $50 chocolate hamper from Hahndorf’s Montrose. Total prize pool valued at $100.
9. The winner of the competition will be determined by a random generator. The draw will take place on 20/04/2022 at 12pm.
10. The winner of the prize will be notified by Instagram private message.
11. Prizes must be collected within 28 days of the winners being notified. Failure to collect a prize will result in it being forfeited and the Promotor selecting another winner for that prize.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of the entries in regards to the location they were taken.
13. The Promoter’s decision is final and no other correspondence will be entered into.
14. By entering the Competition, an entrant releases and indemnifies the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) from and against all actions, liabilities, penalties, claims or demands the entrant may have against the Promoter or that the Promoter may incur for any loss or damage which is or may be suffered or sustained as a direct or indirect result of an entrant entering or participating in the Competition or winning or failing to win a prize, or using or permitting any other person to use the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law or which would cause any part of this clause to be void or unenforceable.
