A Round of 18 Holes of Golf and Golf Cart Hire For 2 at Eagle Ridge Golf Course

Competition Terms and Conditions

  1. Information on how to enter the Competition forms part of these terms and conditions of entry.
  2. This competition is being run by Ryan Evans from Noel Jones Croydon.
  3. The competition commences at 10:00am 20/08/2022 and concludes 05/09/2022 11:59pm (Promotional Period).
  4. Employees and immediate families of employees are ineligible to enter.
  5. Competition open to entrants 18+.
  6. As many entries per person is permitted.
  7. Entries must be made in the following way:
    Tag your favourite dad in the comments and give us your best dad joke.
  8. The total prize pool consists of a single Red Balloon Voucher of your choice of EITHER A 3 Course Dinner with Wine For 2 at Meat and Wine Co Southbank OR A round of 18 Holes of Gold and Golf Cart Hire For 2 at Eagle Ridge Golf Course both valued at $158
  9. The draw/vote will take place on 06/09/2022
  10. The winner of the competition will be notified by Facebook or Instagram
  11. Prizes must be collected between the 06th to 09th of September at Noel Jones Croydon. Failure to collect a prize will result in it being forfeited and the Promotor selecting another winner for that prize.
  12. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of the entries in regards to the location they were taken.
  13. The Promoter’s decision is final and no other correspondence will be entered into.
  14. By entering the Competition, an entrant releases and indemnifies the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) from and against all actions, liabilities, penalties, claims or demands the entrant may have against the Promoter or that the Promoter may incur for any loss or damage which is or may be suffered or sustained as a direct or indirect result of an entrant entering or participating in the Competition or winning or failing to win a prize, or using or permitting any other person to use the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law or which would cause any part of this clause to be void or unenforceable.
