There’s nothing quite like a patch of thriving green grass to invite potential buyers to imagine their summer months relaxing in the garden. So, to get your turf tip-top, start by weeding, then aerate the soil with a garden fork (or specially designed shoes). Identify patchy areas and, depending how big they are, cover with healthy grass from an inconspicuous area or invest in some roll-out turf.
