There are a variety of housing types on offer; original dwellings, new builds, sub divisions and beautiful renovations. You can find anything from single bedroom units to large family homes and this has attracted a variety of new residents to the area.

Transport, Shopping and Dining

Access to a strong infrastructure allows locals to shop and engage in leisure activities close to home. There is the Burwood Hwy tram, a large selection of bus routes and the state of the art Nunawading Train Station allowing express travel to Melbourne’s CBD. Forest Hill Chase provides great shopping for food and fashion, as well as offering lifestyle and leisure on its third level where you’ll find restaurants, movies, bowling, a children’s play centre and a 24 hour gym. Nearby Brentford Square offers an iconic Woolworths plus a range of specialty shops, popular cafes and takeaways. Sport and Leisure

For those interested in having sports and leisure close by, the large Aqualink centre is a popular destination and home to Nunawading Swimming Club which is one of the largest clubs in the Southern Hemisphere. You will also find successful basketball, soccer, cricket and football teams within the local area.

Schools

Forest Hill College is a school growing in reputation and diversity; the recent introduction of targeted programs centering around International Tennis and Football (soccer), International Students, Academic Enrichment and the College Deaf Facility has seen the school grow in popularity with many students now seeking enrolment from outside the area.

If you’re looking for diversity and convenience, Nunawading and Forest Hill will fit the brief.
