Alana is the first face you will see when you enter the Noel Jones Ringwood Office, greeting you with a bubbly personality and smile to match.

Alana prides herself in customer service and has been in administration roles across real estate for many years.  Her strong communication skills are an asset to the company. With previous property management experience, Alana is dedicated to doing her best to help everyone, whether it be a colleague or client.

When Alana isn’t at work, she enjoys spending time with her family and 2 young children, catching up with friends and playing basketball.
