Festivities, thanks and initiatives

The team at Noel Jones would like to take this opportunity to wish all of our valued friends, clients and associates a very happy festive season – from the fun, often busy lead-up, and joyful times with family and friends through to those lovely, long January days and into the year ahead.

Whether celebrating or laying low, travelling or relaxing at home, or maybe even buying, selling or moving, may the season find you and your loved ones happy, safe and well.

Weโ€™d also like to warmly thank our clients for their patronage, and for referring so many friends and family members. Itโ€™s an honour to see our client base constantly growing through recommendations made by satisfied clients, and to extend that same level of personalised service and attention to others.

As an eight office company with a 40-plus year history across the eastern suburbs, we enjoy working with a wide network of people, each of whom contribute in some way to help make Noel Jones the reputable brand it is today.

On that proud note, weโ€™d also like to thank all the tradespeople who look after us, our landlords and tenants with loyalty and dedication, our business associates for their resources, reach and support, and our many friends in the community for their chats down the street. We enjoy being part of a friendly and supportive community.

Weโ€™ve also enjoyed a very positive 2019. Between the property market gaining traction and the well-trained, experienced team swinging into action, weโ€™ve achieved some strong sales results, seeing many clients sell, sell well and move onto exciting new ventures.

Itโ€™s been particularly exciting on the auction front, with our auctioneers, sales teams and support staff together achieving higher than average auction clearance rates, while consistently outperforming the wider clearance rates reported by the REIV, and often by significant numbers.

While weโ€™re pleased to see our vendorsโ€™ homes doing well under the hammer, weโ€™re also anticipating rolling out some new initiatives in 2020, including refreshing the Noel Jones brand for an even stronger market presence, and the implementation of an innovative new training program for keeping the team on their well-performing toes.

In the meantime, if buying, selling, leasing or simply inquiring, please get in touch throughout the festive season, and weโ€™ll be sure to come to you. Happy Christmas and Happy New Year!
