New Ringwood Office for Noel Jones

Treeby, an institution in the Ringwood real estate property market for over 25 years, officially joined the Noel Jones group on Monday 4 January 2016.

Led byย Director Brett Freeman, a local resident of 40 years, and joined by Michael Muncey as Sales Manager and one of the area’s most acknowledged agents, the team at Noel Jones Ringwood (incorporating Treeby) have a significant reputation and foundation in the local community.

Noel Jones CEO Adam Parrott is thrilled the Treeby business will become part of the group’s development and growth.

The opportunity to partner with a strong local business and further strengthen our brand through the eastern corridor is very exciting.

“Property values through the Maroondah area continue to grow and with Noel Jones commitment to innovation we look to forward to providing exceptional customer service to the community of Ringwood.” said Mr Parrott.

The Ringwood area is undergoing significant transformation with initiatives such as Eastland attracting people to the area who are looking to both live and invest. This is having a positive influence on property prices and rental yields. With current and future development increasing the appeal of Ringwood the team at Noel Jones Ringwood anticipate a bright future and aim to bring a new sophisticated approach to real estate.

“We continue to see more people being attracted to property along the Ringwood train line and with the strength of Noel Jones in the areas of Mitcham, Vermont and Blackburn we look forward to introducing more buyers and renters to the wonderful features of the Maroondah property market.” Mr Parrott added.
