Noel Jones Corporate Head Office, the nucleus of the Noel Jones group, is led by Operations Manager Kristee Barber, who boasts over twenty years of experience in our dynamic industry. This has been gathered across a broad range of roles and provides her with the expertise to lead an innovative and dedicated team with specialisations in Real Estate marketing, training, technologies, and process and system management.

The highly skilled line-up includes Meg Langton, Sara Son, Jessica Davies and Jes Llorente, who work out of our marketing hub which is conveniently based at the Noel Jones Head Office. Each possesses a wealth of knowledge, which allows them to provide the wider group with tailored support, including innovative marketing and communication strategies across a range of digital services, PR, and communication.

Our team of specialists works collaboratively with each of our well-established and boutique offices that are strategically based across Melbourne, allowing them the scope to service clientele from a group of far-reaching local government areas. The Corporate team aspire to deliver a high level of customer service and support for the entire Noel Jones group whilst being a strong contributor to the company’s future growth and ongoing success. Underpinning this is an unwavering focus on the Noel Jones core values of knowledge, commitment, innovation and reliability.

Our Corporate team work in partnership with Noel Jones board members, Rohan Calder, Daniel D’Assisi, Brett Freeman, and Noel Jones’ chairman Jason Cunningham who is a non-executive board member.  Within their role, each board member oversees a key element of the business.

Our extensive training regime allows our team members to receive the support required to perform at their peak whilst ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of industry legislation.  Key industry heavyweights such as Rik Rushton work in conjunction with our experienced director group and other renowned professionals such as Nick Maxwell to deliver this well-rounded program. We also focus on areas that enhance our employees lives outside of work, with wellbeing and wellness sessions provided at regular intervals throughout the year. This emphasis comes from our belief that mental health is equally as important as physical conditioning, especially when factoring in our current landscape.

At head office, we strive to achieve best practice and growth for the Noel Jones network and its highly recognisable and well-trusted brand. A key part of this is our training strategy which encompasses customised programs and resources.  We facilitate these for all departments and roles across the business, including directors and the leadership team, property consultants in the sales area, property management team members, and those in support roles such as administration, marketing, and office management.
